If you've been looking for a place to live in Antwerp that feels like more than just a room with a monthly bill attached to it, we have some news. DAMCO, our newest coliving house, is now open on Dambruggestraat in Antwerp's 2060 district. Seventeen rooms. Three floors. One shared patio that we think you're going to love. And the same all-inclusive, people-first approach that House of co has been building since day one.

Each of the 17 rooms at DAMCO is private and fully furnished. You move in with your bags, not with a shopping list. Shared bathrooms are kept clean on a weekly basis by our team, along with all the common areas, so nobody's standing in the kitchen on a Sunday wondering whose turn it is.
What's included: fast Wi-Fi, all utilities, fully equipped shared kitchen and lounge, and access to the shared patio. Starting from €650 per month, with a minimum stay of three months and no long paperwork chains or hidden conditions.

DAMCO is ideal if you're arriving in Antwerp as an expat, moving for a new job or project, or simply want to try the city before committing to a long-term lease. The house is built for people who want independence during the day and a real community to come back to in the evening.
Like all HOC houses, DAMCO connects you to a wider network of over 60 residents from more than 43 countries living across our properties in the city. Events, connections, and the occasional Sunday breakfasts situation in the kitchen are all part of the deal.

The 2060 district doesn't get talked about enough. It's one of those parts of Antwerp where the city still feels like a city: multicultural, walkable, full of independent bakeries, international restaurants, and the kind of street energy that makes you want to leave the house in the morning.
Antwerp Central Station is just a short walk away, which means Brussels, Ghent, or a weekend trip to Amsterdam are all genuinely easy from here. Trams and buses run through the area well, so you're never stuck. And when you just want a quiet coffee or a walk through green space, that's close too.
It's the kind of location where you step outside and things happen. For expats and young professionals landing in Antwerp for the first time, that matters more than people tend to admit.
